What does a custom home office cost?
It depends on what you need: a built-in desk with overhead storage costs less than a full room of floor-to-ceiling joinery. We measure and quote in your home for free, with no obligation, and you see drawings before you commit, so you know exactly what the price covers.
Can you build a desk to a specific height and depth, or for two people?
Yes. The desk is designed at the height and depth you work at, in the length the room allows, for one person or two. Drawers, file storage and overhead cabinets are planned around how you actually use the space.
Will the cables and power points be hidden?
Yes. Cable management is built into the joinery, so chargers, monitors and power boards are out of sight and the desk stays clear. Tell us where the power is and we design the rest.
Can a home office fit in a spare room, an alcove or under the stairs?
Yes. Many of our offices are built into spare rooms, alcoves, hallway niches and under-stair spaces, so you get a dedicated workspace without giving up a whole room. A full dedicated office room is also an option.
Can you combine a home office with a library or bookcase wall?
Yes. A built-in desk surrounded by floor-to-ceiling bookcases is one of our most requested designs, and it works as well in a living room as in a study.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Timber veneer, painted finishes and lacquer, in any combination, with quality hardware. Every piece is made in our own Sydney workshop using premium board and finishes from suppliers such as Polytec and Laminex, chosen to last decades rather than years.
How does the process work?
Four steps. A free in-home consultation where we measure and discuss how you work. A bespoke design with detailed drawings and 3D renders, refined until it is right. Manufacture in our Sydney workshop. Professional installation by our own team, who leave your home clean.

All of Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Sutherland Shire and the CBD. We also work in Wollongong. If your suburb is not listed, ask: we have been building joinery across Sydney since 1994.
